We start at 7.30pm every Monday and newcomers are particularly welcome.  

This is an hour and a half  meeting with a break in the middle for tea, coffee, biscuits and usually some cake to celebrate someone's sober birthday.  The break gives an opportunity for newcomers  to talk to someone and perhaps exchange telephone numbers if they wish.

Usually an equal number of men and women attend each week and their ages and length of sobriety vary considerably.  This gives a good cross section of experience, strength and hope.

The meeting is non-smoking

Our meetings are normally 'closed' that is, attendance is limited to those who have a drink problem, however if you are attending your first meeting with a partner or friend we can waive the closed meeting rule
