Some people prefer to come along to one of our friendly local meetings and have a cup of tea. We are a friendly bunch and ALL of us have been like you at some stage.... 'shall I ? Shall'nt I ? And we have a saying that it's better to be in a meeting pretending to have an issue with booze that standing at a bar or off licence counter pretending NOT to have!
Although we recommend you call the helpline first, you can just click on the MEETINGS button above. There's bound to be a meeting that's handy for you and probably more than one, but give us a call first is what we normally suggest.
