·       Questions for conference; The questions have been published and were read to the meeting; a meeting took place on Monday the 9th of January 2012 to fix dates for the meeting list which is as follows

 

·       EVERY TUESDAY COMMENCING 17TH OF JANUARY 2012 UNTIL 6TH MARCH 2012 – ROSE STREET 7 15pm

Can all GSRs please check last months minutes to see if their donation was registered in the treasurer’s report? There are three receipts which have no amount recorded…. They are receipt numbers 329, 331, 332. Does one belong to your group? Contact the Chair or Secretary if that’s the case to have your donation registered.

ALSO IT WAS FINALLY AGREED TO INSURE NWIG WITH THE METHODIST INSURANCE GROUP FOR PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE. This means that all those groups REGISTERED with GNWIG will be insured against any liability occurring at their meeting. There s nothing to pay as GNWIG will cover the cost;

·      PLEASE REGISTER YOUR GROUP TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FREE INSURANCE COVER
